As tenant stay away from this company. You won’t see your deposit. After 3.5 years renting and over 80.000$ in rent they charged me around 400$ to fix 4 holes where we hung pictures!!! They don’t do a walkthrough with you. They don’t give you a chance to fix it by yourself. They just deduct what the want from your deposit.
A dream for landlords but as tenant you are screwed with this company.
Best tip if you can’t avoid them: plan in the beginning that you won’t see the deposit anymore and run down the house. Don’t even clean when you move out.
I never saw this behavior and I‘ve rented several places without any issues.

Do not expect to get your deposit back even if the home you rented was in the same or better condition than you got it in! I’m so disappointed with this company. They did us wrong even though we were amazing tenants and the home was better than when we moved in. We were there 5 years. I have pictures and the move in checklist as proof. They still stole $150 from us. There weren’t light bulbs, no blinds, it was FILTHY, there were things in the cabinets and closets, glass and trash in the yard, and so much more when we moved in. We fixed things, cleaned, etc. I would not recommend because even with proof they still won’t honor their own policies which clearly state you must leave the home in the same or better condition than you got it in. I’m attaching pictures as proof because I’m truly being honest about this and in the right for it!

So far I've been leasing with TOTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT for 5 months! They are phenomenal! Very professional and great at responding in a timely manner. Every maintenance issue that I've had, has been fixed immediately. I'm enjoying renting with them and also I live in a wonderful, peaceful, quiet community with friendly neighbors!

Prior to this.. I had a horrible experience! Therefore I feel that I made the right decision by choosing TPM 🙂

I am so happy with my decision selecting Total Property Management to manage my property! They have so responsive, helpful, and professional throughout this process. Amey made a personal visit to walk through my home, before I hired her, to give me an accurate rental estimate and tips on preparing my home for prospective tenants. The process to market the house and find tenants was quick and seamless. They took care of photography, listing, and showing the home. I moved many time zones away from Greenville and cannot be hands on with the property. I know I can depend on them to be responsive to my emails and handle all the required tasks. Now that I have tenants in place, I have no worries my property will be well taken care of in my absence. Amey was just recently extremely discriminatory towards me when I attempted to lease a house. I gave proof of my income from all sources, was willing to pay 3 months rent upfront and my daughter was willing to co-sign for me, if necessary, but my credit score was too low for Amey to even consider me as a tenant. I feel cheated and very poorly judged. She did not even have the decency to call me about her decision- she simply sent me an email wishing me luck! Just because people may encounter difficult times in the past should NOT be the sole reason a person is accepted or rejected.
