Torrance Postal & Shipping center is located inside a small strip mall. There is only one handicapped parking space but there are roughly 15-20 additional parking spaces.

The owner's name is Gong, super friendly man. Gong took over this business three (3) years ago from an owner with a bad temper, so the one (1) star reviews are not accurate to the current owner.

Gong offers inside the store;

1. Computer rental $0.25 per min/Scan $0.49 per page
2. Live Scan / Finger Print $20 service fee
3. Mailbox - Call store for prices
4. Notary - $15.00
5. Fax / Copy - $1.00 per page

I went to do my Live Scan fingerprinting for the second time as required by the Board of Nursing. The BON emailed me a form and I filled it out and brought it here. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. A few days later I checked online and my license had been renewed. Great service. Convenient location across from Target.

Ever since the location changed ownership, it has been my experience that my trips there are much more pleasant, and I always leave with a smile on my face 😃
The new owner "Gong" has a great personality for business, is very kind, and doesn't sweat the small stuff.
The prices are very reasonable and well worth it for the personal service that you get. I highly recommend this business for mail box rental and all the other services that Torrance Postal provides.

I beg to differ with the previous reviewer. This is a small family-owned shop and the service is always friendly and excellent. It is true that there are only the two owners there, but generally I just walk in and there's no line. Far better than the post office and very convenient! They sell all the usual packaging materials, can notarize stuff, and can ship international. What more do you want? Nice friendly little shop. I'd frequent a local business like this over a chain store any day!
