Well.. I have had some experiences here where I Rent .. but all I can say is that the on call management team is superior.. Carlos Velez in charge of maintenance was great .. Karen on call management was fantastic getting the crew in here ... My story ... I had a flood from a pipe that burst in my bathroom wall... Well Karen got a team here George and his nephew to vacuum up water and find the leak .. That they did .. Carlos followed up on everything thru text or email .. I was able to call and text .. 😌 to get this job done .. Carlos and Karen Tonsofrental.com .. You are the best .. Thanks for responding so quickly ....Joseph ,Ethan.George all the contractors.. Love this company!
I’ve never had any issues with anyone here, everyone is prompt and kind. Maintenance takes their job seriously and gets things done asap. I always get a heads up if anyone is going to stop by (which is very rare). I met Casey Medford & she is the absolute sweetest!

I’ve been renting for over 10 years now & I have never been with a company that I love. You’re treated like a person here, not a number or a home. They make sure you’re comfortable. I could go on and on, but they are just the best…. I’ll be staying here as long as I can!
