Todd helped us find the perfect first home in a challenging market and on a tight timeframe! We weren't able to see our now-home before making an offer, but Todd understood our vision completely and made the right call for us. He was meticulous to detail and always quick to point out any structural or other serious issues on properties. Todd also was responsive and communicative, which was important to us as first-time buyers.
Not only was Todd a fantastic realtor, but he managed the top-to-bottom renovation of our house on a tight budget and with only 4 weeks before we had to move in after closing. He had a contact for everything we needed done, and he made sure all of the work was to our satisfaction.
