I am so grateful for TNT Property Management! No matter what day of the week, time of day, or holiday that I have needed a repair done in my home, TNT has always answered and arranged for their repair people to promptly arrive, who have always done extraordinary work! Tish and all of her employees are wonderful, helpful, professional people that make TNT the most excellent property management around!

Good people but the lack of communication is mind-blowing. They change their mind on what they tell you every month because they clearly don't communicate with each other. If you rent from, get everything they tell you on paper or in text so you can remind them what they said. Do NOT let them promise something on the phone or in person. GET IT IN TEXT OR ON PAPER!

DO NOT rent from these people. Save yourself the time. Watch out you'll be getting charged a wild fee just for paying your rent online because their office is a 35 minute drive from the homes they rent out. Business is ran by someone who's money hungry and the communication within them is terrible.

Poor customer service , everybody u talk to has a attitude as soon as u are get finished with paperwork . always mad when repairs are needed .. it's poor communication they drive by and look in your garage for some odd reason . Not to mention they charge a fee for paying online and they're office is in Rio linda so unless u drive 40 minutes to go pay them expect a 3% charge on top of your rent . I Don't recommend this place I don't know why they're renting houses in Linda if they're office isn't even around here

I’ve never found an agent that would work for me as hard as these people. If a hurdle is thrown out in front of them they clear it and MoveOn very quick just and professional. They are very helpful and understanding ini helping you achieve your goals. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible! They have been shady on every level and now we see cockroaches!! What a nightmare!! Don't rent from these people!! They built a fence blocking us out of our own backyard!!
