After 6 months of no action on the lot we listed with another realtor, I called around to find someone who knew the lake and did not sugar coat what to expect. Lucky we found Kristen Anderson. She knows her business, did her homework, laid out what we should expect price wise as well as a timeline to sell. If you are looking for a realtor in Lake Greenwood SC I would highly recommend Kristen Anderson. Shortly after listing she suggested having a path cut through the wood down to the lake to make it easier for people to walk the lot and visualize the amazing views.
