We use Tarryn, Sandy and team to manage our rental. We have been very pleased with all their services. We have found them to be professional, trustworthy and excellent at communication. They keep us informed of anything that needs our attention. They found us wonderful renters. They make sure the rent is collected and deposited on time every month. We also appreciate the monthly check-ins through email and yearly accounting for tax purposes. We highly recommend them!

I've been with T. K. Property Group for 6 years and want to say that Tarryn And Sandy have taken very good care of my 1 rental unit for me. They have kept me up to speed with any notification needed and any repairs needed.
Payments are made in a timely manor and deposited.
I am very happy with the time and work they do for me.

We had a wonderful experience renting a home on Chief Kelly Drive from TK Property. Highly recommend them for their beautiful houses that are well taken care of and their more than excellent service. If anything went wrong (and that hardly happened), Sandy was there that day to fix it, replace it etc. With a smile! Sandy is very favorably known in this town as a great property manager, and we feel fortunate to have a found a place with TK Property. Thank you Tarryn and Sandy.

Over the past 25 years, I've worked with other property managers in town and TK Property Group is, by far, the best property management team I've ever known. TKPG has been my PM for almost a year now. They place quality tenants quickly. They understand the trade-offs between keeping costs down while ensuring that essential repairs are done quickly and properly. They go above and beyond to handle problems with the utmost efficiency and competency, so that I don't have to worry. Even during the stresses of the COVID-19 pandemic, they have treated my tenants with respect, kindness, and professionalism, making sure that everyone is treated fairly and taken care of, and keep up with the everchanging California tenant/landlord rules. They even manage short-term rentals. I'm so glad I found them. Thank you so much, Tarryn, Sandy, and the rest of the team!

We completely trust Tarryn with our properties in Grass Valley. She has an upstanding reputation for integrity, honesty, hard working and really going the extra mile for her clients. She has moved heaven and earth for us to get a project completed on time and her Dad, Sandy, is an amazing asset to the company as her head handyman.
