I am an owner. I have nothing but good positive feedback for this company. It seems like they found a great lessee/renter for my property. There has been great communication from day one, and transparency throughout the process. They also have a great software that I can log into to receive statements, and payment breakdowns, etc. I highly recommend this company!

Shame on me for not doing my research before hand. If you see the negative reviews below, just know they are 100% accurate. We "worked" with Tally for our tenant placement needs for our investment property. She was very friendly and I believe she is a nice person, but it's clear the team is very inexperienced and unmotivated. I say inexperienced when I found myself answering a lot of her questions that showed her lack of knowledge of working with investment properties. IE - comps in the area, added benefits, what their services included, how they vet applicants. They offer a 25% cheaper rate than the competition but produce about 5% of the results. You get what you pay for - numerous times my calls and e-mails went unanswered. You'll shortly find out most of the staff here doesn't get in until 10:30/11am (another review mentioned this). The company is extremely disorganized as I found out numerous potential applicants went unanswered and the responses I received were, "sorry our front desk person has been out all week" and "anyone picks up the calls here. I'm not sure what the status of the applications are."

I found out later when I was screening the applicants myself, that numerous applications that were sent to this firm were ignored.

If they can't handle a simple tenant placement job (I ended up doing it myself through Zillow in a few days), then I have ZERO clue how people trust this company with their buying and selling needs.

Timothy Toye and Associates Property Management has been managing my rental property for several months. They have been and continue to be very polite and professional. I am kept informed of every aspect of my rental. Everything from preparing it to rent to advice on tenant selection. They make their selves available for any questions that I have. Since renting with Timothy and Toye I’ve had nothing but issues scheduling/rescheduling appointments, getting things fixed such as but limited to a leaking sewer pipe that flooded my unit, the releasing of private information from my lease to my neighbors (a sue able offense), the mixing up of information or lack of organizational skills, and seeing to it that the peeping tom of a neighbor remove his hose from my spigot which is located right outside the window of my bedroom
