I rented two apartments from timely properties over the course of two years and had many issues with them.
Both units ended up getting mold, the first being black mold that ruined my bed and mattress. All timely did was offer a dehumidifier. The second apartment did not have a working water heater for the first 7 months of my stay due to them installing a new water heater that did not have the proper wattage, and not getting a permit from the city. Nothing was done to compensate me for their mistake. The toilet in the unit also did not have a wax ring for the first 8 months of me living there and was only discovered when there was a leak. When I gave proper notice and vacated the second unit they did not get my security deposit back to me for 6 1/2 weeks.
They also constantly spelled my name wrong in interactions despite me correcting them several times.
I never felt any kindness or empathy from the staff in my many interactions with them. The only reason for 2 stars is due to the somewhat affordable rent, and simple maintenance requests being fixed. Avoid renting from them if you can.

I've used Timely for over 15 years and they've always been on top of things. I get quotes for repairs more quickly than I could manage to do myself, they'll give advice on upgrades and improvements based on what they've done at other properties, and they're always happy to help when I call for additional tax documents or dates of previous maintenence. There's a reason I don't use any other company.

Exceptional rental company. I have moved around and rented a lot and have never had a better experience than with Timely. Staff were always available and friendly, any maintenance was handled quickly and completely, and rent prices were held well below market prices. I loved my apartment and its community feels, so I was definitely sad to leave. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome place to land!

Do your homework. I do not recommend them at all you bring up one charge that You gave no authorization And you question them about it they tell you that they are parting ways with you. You’re basically paying them to do nothing

Timely Property Management is a great company. Timely has great real estate professionals, running the company and they are always at the top of their game. They always return my calls and they have one of the best maintenance crews in the area. They made my moving super easy. They were very professional and explained all the paperwork to me in easy terms. They are easy to talk to and they are always really helpful. I have referred everyone in my family and all of my friends to them, and all of them are very happy with their services. I have been renting from them since December 2014.
Timely is the best property management company that I've rented from in Sonoma County Period.

I've been renting from Timely Property Management for 4yrs now and have been completely satisfied with their customer service! Recently the owners of our rental decided to sell the home we were in and we needed to find a new place fast! Little did I know that Timely had the perfect house for us and helped us seamless transition into a new rental and relieved the stress of finding a new place for our family! There haven't been many maintenance issues, but anytime I've called to report something, they've sent their maintenance person or a specialist out within 24hrs to fix our problem. The staff is very friendly and personable. I'm so glad I was able to find another home and continue renting from them!
