I worked with Jason and his team and they made the process seamless. This was my first mortgage/home purchase and he was very patient with explaining and reexplaining every step of the process and also communicated very quickly and effectively. I called Brad when when I was having a tough time working with my credit union. He instantly got me set up and approved at a better rate. After that through the rest of the process I worked with Tara who would answer emails 1 minute after I sent them and took the time to explain things to me on the phone no matter how many times I called.
