Absolutely the most terrible RE company to deal with indirectly or directly(other agencies despise them too!)They're still in the Stone Age as far as Docu-Sign & many other forms of electronic real estate brokerage. How they are still in business when other "small guys" have moved fwd with the times is beyond me. Not to mention George(Brown) himself is a joke as well, the man is impossible to contact or negotiate thru, always MIA when needed plus takes forever to get back & still seems to be living in the 90's. The fact clients even utilize his company's services are beyond me. I could go on & on but totally unnecessary. SERIOUS BUYER & SELLER BEWARE!!!

I called Thompson + Brown to sell my house. They gave me a free home price evaluation and told me I could sell my house for $90,000. That number was far too low so I didn't do business with them. I ended up selling my home with another real estate company for $130,000. Their home evaluations are comical and I don't know how they stay in business.
