We stayed in the studio unit and really enjoyed the accommodations. The unit was super clean and Jane thought of every detail to make it feel like home. She left breakfast for us every day. The location couldn’t have been better, within walking distance to Creek Street, downtown, and the marina. It was very quiet compared to hotels that we have stayed at in Ketchikan. This was our second stay here and hopefully, we can make it up there again.

Jane was our host at the Thomas St. Vacation Rentals. She was wonderful! We had signed up for a different rental only to discover upon arrival that it was a dump, nothing like the photos posted. We searched and found Jane. She came and picked us up and took us to her place, giving us a tour of Ketchikan along the way. The accommodations were clean, very adequate, comfortable and centrally located. Jane was an attentive host. We were able to call her with questions and requests. She even offered to take us and our friends who had other accommodations to the place where we were to prepare to leave on the next leg of our travels. My wife and I highly recommend the Thomas Street Vacation Rentals.

This place is in walking distance from the cruise ship pier and a half block from the bustling Creek Street shopping area, but it is quiet, clean and spacious. Jane was a wonderful hostess who provided gluten free bread for my special diet. One evening she drove my husband and me to a place where the bears congregate to feast on the migrating salmon. She offered to take us on a tour of town as well, but we had already taken a separate tour. The apartment unit where we stayed had a separate bedroom, large sitting room with a chair and additional bed, full kitchen with eating area and bath with walk in shower. We highly recommend this place.

We stayed in the studio unit and we found it was very comfortable, with everything we needed. This is one of those B&Bs where it is obvious that the owners have used B&Bs themselves and know what to include and how to make your stay enjoyable – helpful and obliging without being intrusive at all. Jane is a very welcoming and obliging host who met us and let us in personally late at night after we drove off the Marine Highway ferry in the middle of a Ketchikan downpour. It was a wonderful introduction to a terrific little town. This B&B is very well situated in the historic part of Ketchikan

Everything about this place, was perfect for us. It is only a 10 minute walk to the downtown area, with good food places, even closer. The kitchenette was well stocked with plates, cutlery and utensils, which made preparing a simple meal very easy. Jane, the owner was an amazing host and made us feel very much at home. She met us at the ferry, gave us a little tiki tour and dropped off occasional treats. What more could you ask for.

The place is a block from downtown, along the walking tour of town. The owner will meet you up, give advise on what to see and where to eat based on your request. And have a town map available. There is even washer and dryer (which we didn't use). The room was spotless and spacious (the owner used to live there, it is built to live in), kitchen available if you wish to cook some items. If you plan to stay overnight in Ketchikan, this is the place to go. We were able to leave our luggage the day we left and pick it up later for our flight.

We flew to Ketchikan to begin our Alaskan adventure. Thomas Street Vacation Rental was an excellent place to stay. It is comfortable, clean and an easy walk to Downtown and the attractions that interested us (Totem Heritage Center, Discovery Center and Creek St).||||Jane, the owner, made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable. Everything so far would apply to any guest. In our particular case, she went above and beyond. We left something important on the plane, which promptly took took off for Juneau. Jane went to great lengths to help us resolve our problem, both that evening and the following morning.||||The next time we come to Ketchikan, this is where we will stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Jane went out of her way to make it comfortable for us. The room was so clean. The view is nice. The building is well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked. It is very close to the downtown area. Jane saw my son with a bad knee. She went out of her way to find a wheelchair for him to use. Whenever she would see us she was just so pleasant. If you get a chance to stay here do it. It was great.
