Thomas realty is a bad business to rent from. They houses are infested with critters. So if u got brand new stuff the critters will infested so if u like that Thomas realty is ur place. I also and have few friends that rented from this company all complain how when they moved in there was dirty sink and bath tub few house was still dirty from wen someone moved out roach infested also water bugs get into the house on the daily. When you ask someone to come out and fix the issues that was never fixed in first place they would say yes we will send someone out but never did. The company owner daughter of Thomas reality and some other workers they are rude and childish once u start renting from them. Really they just want your money and that’s it they will not fix Broke Thinks or ceiling leaks in home.

The absolute worst and most unprofessional company we have ever had experience with. Moved into a house we were renting and found mold and leaks all throughout the house. The leaks were never fixed, the mold was never taken care of. We needed up losing an extremely expensive mattress because of the mold. We had to fix the underpinning that was coming off ourselves. For 11 days we were without AC because they wouldn’t come fix it (so we moved out). Bathroom sink cabinet was full of water because of a leak we initially tried to fix ourselves and then asked them to come look at it and they never came. The only thing that was “fixed” was one window and they had very unprofessional people come to fix it and it was still leaking after they “fixed it”. They will call you and argue over the phone with you. Absolute TRASH of a company. Would NEVER recommend unless you don’t mind being drove insane. 👍🏼

We rented for 14 months from Thomas Realty’s property management company. Michelle was wonderful. She even gave out her own personal cell phone number. This company does a great job and we would come here first if we are back in the area.

Thomas Realty was so helpful and patient in getting me into a home that I love! Being a first time buyer, there were a lot of new experiences and questions. Linda Berrong was there with me every step of the way and ready to meet me ASAP when I found a home of interest. Danae Hudson was great in helping with online documents and e-signing to be able to get the paperwork submitted quickly! Thank you to everyone at Thomas Realty in Pickens!
