I teamed up with Dave and his team to sell my rental property in Mid-Wilshire Los Angeles. From the very first meeting with him I could tell that Dave is extremely well experienced and an expert in residential real estate. We decided to put the property on the market in July this year for optimum outcome and had the challenge of finishing construction of an ADU I built in the backyard. Dave’s strategy and time plan fully worked out and the property sold for over asking within a month!! Other properties in the area still sit on the market for months! Due to the ADU construction and the tedious processing of obtaining the certificate of occupancy for the newly built ADU during escrow we were heavily challenged to expedite this process. Dave did a tremendous job helping me to navigate me through this process and also during the price negotiation/counter offer/due diligence period. Selling a property is all about strategy, presentation and experience. Dave offers the full package and if you follow his lead you will get the best price for your property without letting it sit on the market which would cost you unnecessary carrying costs every month.
