We first met Theresa about 15 years ago when she was a referral from our son who was a real estate agent in the central valley. Theresa helped our daughter purchase a town home in San Jose, Berryessa Area. A few years later Theresa represented our daughter in selling the townhouse and buying a house in blossom Valley. Around the same time, Theresa helped us sell the home we had lived in for 43 years. Fast forward to 2023 and Theresa helped us purchase a condo in the Villages. By the time we were out of our house Theresa had it cleaned and staged in one week. After one weekend open house we received 10 offers, all well over asking. We sold our house for more that $300,000 over asking! It turns out that the weekend we sold our house was the best week on record for real estate sales. The fact that Theresa and her crew were able to get the house ready in one week made the timing perfect.

Theresa has stayed in touch over the years, to invite us to special events that have been useful. She has hosted a dumpster day, a zoom workshop on what to consider when planning to move from downsizing to tax ramifications, etc.
