I have just finished my 1st month of residency here. It has been exceptional to say the least. Qua and Keri have gone overboard to make sure I have everything I need to enjoy apartment living. Every request I've made has been responded to quickly and with the attitudes that I was priority and I'm sure the other tenants feel the same way. If I could give both of them 100's of stars I certainly would. Thank you so much Kerri and Qua!! So very happy I found this place... and maintainace is top notch!!!

I love this community! Very quiet, safe, and very diverse. Qua was such a big help as far as getting any questions answered, touring throughout the complex! His customer service is TOP TIER!!!! If you’re interested in joining the community please ask for Qua! He’s amazing!

The YARD IS AMAZINGGGGGG ! Living here is 10/10 . Keri is the best property manager and friend ! If you put in a request for maintenance it is responded to very promptly! Keri goes above and beyond for her tenants ! The property is always clean and everyone is friendly . This was the best decision I made moving here . I recommend this property to all my friends and family . Staying at The Yard doesn’t feel like other places in Lagrange. If you’re looking for a place to stay this IS THE PLACE TO BE !
