Mike and Hayden were a great choice to market our house. One of their valued services was their connection with several construction personnel who had contacts for painters, landscapers and other tradesmen who were available to do some freshen up work immediately. Mike and Hayden knew the area and what buyers were looking for so that our money was used wisely.
They brought in painters who painted the entire inside of the house in one day and at a very low cost.
The cost to do the things that Mike suggested was easily offset by the selling price we obtained.
We would recommend them highly!

We worked with Mike Wald readying and selling our Vestavia Hills home of over 37 years. What a valued professional he was and what a valued and trusted friend he became during this months long process.

The process included numerous major and minor projects on the house and the grounds. We were so impressed with the well-qualified and superior workforces Mike has identified to support his clients’ needs. Numerous friends asked for contact information for workers after observing the finished projects!

Communications, recommendations and follow-ups were always timely and excellent from both Mike and his office. We were always included as part of the team in major decision making processes. Mike and Hayden Wald are amazing! We listed our house, and within a short amount of time, they had our home professionally photographed, video taped, and posted on the top real estate sites. Showings started on Friday and we had multiple contracts above our asking price by Monday. The closing was SEAMLESS as RealtySouth has their own in-house people. Mike and Hayden are just lovely and a joy to work with- if I could add 5 more stars to the review I would!

Hayden could not have been more helpful through this experience as intimidating as it can be for it being my first home.
