The workmanship on my home is seriously lacking. The roof leaked into my kitchen a few months after I purchased the home and required two attempts to repair it. My bedroom window fell halfway out of its frame on a Sunday and they didn't want to fix it until Monday, even though it was supposed to be 50 degrees that night. Deadbolt on the front door was so loose it actually jiggled when you locked or unlocked it. Plants in the flowerbed were dead and I have to replace them. And now a tree in the front yard is leaning at a 30-degree angle because they didn't properly secure it when it was planted, so I have to fix this or replace the tree. The floorplan is the saving grace.

I bought a home in this development in mid March of 2023. These homes do not come with refrigerators and when I had mine installed a couple weeks after purchasing the home, the electrical outlets, box and the entire electrical in the house has been having serious issues. The “warranty “ that is sold with the home and good for a year. It has been requested since the problem first happened in April 2023 to be fix and here now same problems worse due to the burnt out outlets, damaged electronics and not to mention the serious fire hazards for said issue. I have had to find a professional licensed electrician to evaluate and hopefully successfully repair this home.

I can go into a long rant of why this housing development will fail. Maybe others will be lucky.

Do not blindly buy this because of the Sawyer name. It is nothing like previous quality and value.
