They treat you good at 1st, but they would take your next door neighbor word and they also lie on you and about returning your deposit and.. I recommend you not to rent through them, And Loren will definitely lie

We've been renting from this company for a year now. Lauran Altman (+ other office staff) has been awesome with us! Any time we have an issue, we can reach out and the maintenance crew (ALWAYS personable and nice) is here ASAP to fix any problem we have. I had been a tenant for almost four years and never had any problems with the landlord or the conditions. Whenever I needed something fixed, I place a ticket and her service guy came in a day or so to address my concern. Also, all of the information is given upfront before signing the lease so I didn't get hit with any surprises. I am glad I was able to stay there.
