I went in to get my fingerprints done. Huyen Helped me. she was gentle and patient. This was needed for a new job. When they asked me to retake, I went back and she helped me right away. Great customer service.

This place is great. It has been my go to and it's a bit further away from everything so it less of wait time. A shout out to Huyen, she was very helpful to me when I arrived. It was not very busy and she took the time to help me with packing questions, box size options, and really tried to give me the best pricing the system could give. She values your time. She is approachable and will do her best to help. The layout is small but efficient. They do have additional station in the back to help with lines which is great. The place tries to be speedy and efficient while providing the best service.

The only UPS I go to for returns and shipping since it’s so conveniently close to our home. Friendly and efficient service. I really appreciate Thao for always going above and beyond whenever I need assistance. She always greets us with a smile!

Wanted to send something, they said I couldn’t ship in the box I packed it in, so they put it in a bigger box and taped it up before I confirmed to ship it. They taped it up first, and then quoted me $250 for an 8 pound box, so I said no thank you. They forced me to pay for the box, even though they taped it up before I had confirmed shipment. Awful experience, went to fedex after and sent it for a fraction of the cost at UPS, and didn’t get conned into paying for a box I didn’t need.

I buy from Amazon now cause the stores are always out of stuff so at times I have returns and use this UPS store. Every visit Huyen Greats me with a big smile and is always friendly and Professional. Even though returns suck She makes the trip to the UPS store Pleasant. I used to go to the Milpitas UPS store, not any more..

This is the BEST packaging and shipping store I’ve ever used. Thao is VERY helpful every time I’ve been in, either helping with returning purchases, packaging, and notary services. Plus, she remembers me as a customer. I will never go to a different store!! Thank you for your outstanding service!

The ladies who work here, Huyen and Thao, are super-friendly. They always greet me with a smile. They work very fast so I never have to wait in line for too long. I also like the fact that it's easy to find parking nearby, sometimes right in front of the store. That's very helpful when I have to carry multiple and/or large boxes. This is my absolute favorite UPS Store.
