We loved working with Teena on selling our home. How can you not love her and Tricia?! She had great advice on what we needed to do to get it ready to sell. Tricia was so good to keep us up to date every step of the way. If we had any questions, they were quick to respond. We had a contract the first day it went on the market and closed a few weeks after that. I highly recommend Teena and her team. They are the best!!

The Teena Regan Team was fabulous to work with! The house was under contract within 3 days. Her entire team is very efficient and responsive to emails.I worked with Tricia on some issues and I can't say enough about her responsiveness! We had a couple of issues that needed attention and they set up the appointments with the contractors and took care of it all for us. Their care and attention was greatly appreciated as we were selling the "family home" of 55 years. We will not hesitate to call them again in the future and cannot recommend them enough! They are all just great people that I feel lucky to call friends.

Such an incredible and talented team! We were impressed with their expertise and advice throughout both our buying and selling experience. If you don't immediately feel comfortable and happy when you meet Teena then there is something wrong with you. Her joyful personality makes even the toughest sale better. Teena and Tricia were upfront and forthcoming when I needed it. Homeowners have a tendency to involve their emotions when selling their home and they were able to tactfully be objective. My house was listed and under contract in just a few days. Definitely recommend this team.
