My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Shauntae and her Team. Vicki and Shauntae met with us in early March 2017 to discuss a marketing strategy that at first seemed pretty aggressive. The strategy included yard work, painting, movers, and professional staging that all needed to occur in 3 weeks for the planned listing date.

Shauntae worked with us to provide referrals, coordinate scheduling, and general assistance throughout the process and we met our goal. Upon listing the property, she then had a neighborhood open house followed by the next couple of weekend days with open houses for the general public. Within 48 hours of showing we had a Full Price offer that we Accepted. So in a matter of about 6 weeks we went from a general strategy discussion to a final close of escrow on the sale of our house.

Shauntae is excellent. I live in north Roseville close to Fiddyment and Blue Oaks. We met at an open house a couple weeks prior to finding the house I bought. I had not spoke with any other realtors and at that moment knew I wouldn't need too. She is very bright and very professional. Shauntae found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. Fortunately, my home was in its first couple of hours of showing on the first day, and it was perfect. I Immediately made an offer, and Shauntae wrapped up the process quickly and very professional. As I recall the process took just a couple of days. The owners excepted the first offer and entire process was very smooth. Shauntae is a professional that will get the job done quickly. When we decided to sell, I called one of the realtors that had been swamping our home with emails and advertising. Much to my surprise he did not answer and his voice mail box was full. Because this was a huge decision for us, we wanted someone who would not be so busy that they could not be responsive to our needs. My 2nd call was to the Tedtaotao Reality Group. Even though it was late in the evening on a weekend, Vicki picked up. She answered our questions, made an appointment to meet with us, and mostly just allayed our fears. Vicki, Shauntae, and Danny were the best to work with. They made us work hard, but they worked harder. In the end, our house sold in 1 weekend for $80,000 over ask. Vicki and Shauntae always were easy to get in touch with. They seemed to anticipate our needs. Vicki even brought us food when our kitchen was out of order and we were working full time. They have been a blessing we were so grateful for.
