The Suarez Team were fantastic! Professional, trustworthy and honest at every turn. Once we signed with them, they swooped in like a SWAT team to prep our house for the sale. Everything was carefully thought through and planned to nth degree. When our potential buyers wanted us to give them a price reduction for repairs, James took a lot of time with us and talked us through the pluses and minuses of their offer - but left it up to us to decide whether that was something we wanted to do. No pressure either way. When an escrow fell through, James was patient and encouraging and assured us the house would sell. He gave us first time home sellers, as much of his time, positivity and thoughtful advice as we needed. And trust me, we needed quite a bit of hand-holding! When our home sold, James and his team celebrated along with us.

Throughout the years, I have known a plethora of nefarious real estate agents (as I use to work in Beverly Hills real estate!) and I found James to be the most honorable, straightforward and sincere agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
