Overall very pleased with my experience with The Simpson Company. I've had a very smooth process so far. Shana helped us into a place asap. She's a awesome listener and makes you feel at home even during her showings. She's very open and her communication skills are impeccable to be working for a property management company. If I could give more stars I would. Please Simpson Company keep her in your office for eternity (and give her a generous raise😁) and this company will be great!

Decent company since taken over. Grass is cut and rental portal is easy to use. Heather in the office helped me out with getting back on track. Rent is fair but my commute is a little longer than I would like.

The driver in the dark silver Toyota Tundra was behind us while pulling into a Walmart and he yelled and cursed at my husband, telling him to get out of the f#cking road. Very rude and not professional at all! How can you allow someone who acts like that in public to work for your company? I was told that he would be "spoken with". That guy owes us an apology. BTW, I did happen to get a glance of the guy and I think it's that Dan guy you have listed as one of your team members.
