I have been living here over a year! And by far this has been a great experience with the new management team. Everyone in the office is so nice and understanding. Toya Skye and Ms. Natasha has been working on this community and it definitely shows. I appreciate you all so much. I will definitely recommend the sapphire to family and friends.

Since management changed that in charge of the community have been extremely professional and reliable to my needs. From the lease to maintenance they're on point. In my three years here this is the best I've experienced. The assistant manager Toya the epitome of professionalism and courteousness. If you need help definitely reach out to her.

I went to tour the property today and Toya was a big help. There was no question to hard she had all the answers. She was very informative about the area. The tour was very detailed. The service that i received just going by to view made me make the decision to apply. Make sure you talk to Toya for all your needs. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful property with the asst property manager Toya. She was very welcoming and delightful even on a walk in which was very impressive. I told her I need to move asap. And within a week , I am now officially moved in. The property is beautiful and clean and in a great location. Im loving my new place ! Toya the assistant manager, is the best, she cares about residents especially financial situations, I Thank her everyday for all her help. The way she cares and listen, she is the best thing for the property. Any issue go see her, you won’t regret it. I been here 10 years and this new management has definitely helped. Let me not forget about Natasha. The property manager. The teamwork between the two is outstanding. I want to thank you for everything you both have done. Maintenance is amazing as well. You all have done such a wonderful job.

The staff here was great! The downfall would be the owner should put more money into the community. The model apartment had a water stain in the bathroom over the tub from evidently a previous leak. The pictures in the model were coming up so they are old. The steps are old and need to be replaced. Again the staff there were very pleasant to speak with. Kudos for a hiring a great staff.

Applied for these apartments on 3/2025 and they deny me because of ATT bill and 184.00 progressive car insurance bill. Not that I don't have any eviction or I owe utilities or have a criminal background which I have none. My credit score is 666 and they denied me although on their package they gave me say they don't do credit check I'm a enforcement officer I work and get SSI it's a joke and I noticed with dekalb county they love to denied you so they can get that application fee. This should have known how long it took to get denied and approved.
