Robert did a great job listing our home in Hampton Cove. He listed it on Friday and we went under contract on Tuesday with a full price offer. The during the communication during the transaction with Robert was perfect. He kept us informed during the process and we closed without issue on the contract closing date. We could not have asked for better service.

Robert has been an absolute blessing, helping me sell my father's home. My dad sadly passed away before the house sold, causing a multitude of issues in me being the personal representative in his will. Robert helped me every step of the way. Living in Colorado, 2500 miles away from my dad's home, complicated things even further for me. However, again, Robert was there to help! Anything needing done at the house, he took care of! He pretty much took care of EVERYTHING for me making the process simple. Robert, as I've said 100 times over, "thank you for everything you've done for me!". I would recommend if you're looking to sell a home in Huntsville/Owens Cross Roads, don't call anyone else but Robert!!

We sold our home in Madison in May through Robert, and he and his team are amazing! I contacted Robert in Dec. 2021 about planned improvements before selling in Spring 2022, and he gave his time freely to advise us on what we should be concentrating on and what projects were not really worth the cost/effort. That help was of enormous value! And it paid off. We had a quick sale (11 days on the market) just when things started to turn down. One thing in particular that I noticed about Robert is that not only does he know the Huntsville/Madison area intimately, but also, he is very informed about all aspects, happenings, and forecasts of the economy (The Fed, Wall Street, Treasury Dept., real estate market, etc.). Having that knowledge base allows Robert to provide realistic, timely, and rational advise to his clients. Robert's team did an amazing job with the photographs and info sheets - everything looked great! Calling Robert Hussey was the best move we could have made; Robert and his team are Pros, and they're the team you need backing you up. We'd sign up with him again without question.

Robert was amazing to work with. He was always available for questions, honest, and knew the housing market very well. Photographer that Robert used was very professional. Our house photos brought out all the great qualities of our home. House sold in one week! We couldn’t be more blessed to have found Robert and his group. Give them a try…you won’t be disappointed.
