I have been a resident here now for 3 months. All I have to say is nice things. The community is brand new, and I was the first to be living in our quiet, yet spacious, three-bedroom apartment. It might be the small things, but we also love our ice maker and the in-home laundry options. They even host weekly community events including paint and sips, yoga, and free lunch-ins. The community is nothing short of luxury, with amenities like a walk in pool, pavilioned grills that have giant TVs, and a game room with a full-size pool table. The quality of life here is also amazing and that’s greatly due to the property staff. From same day fixes, to trash pickup, and pest control being included, I never have to worry. Security is also amazing with in home alarms and grounds that stay lit at all hours of the night. Parking is ample and there are even options to rent a garage in the winter. For families, big gamers, or those working from home, Xfinity internet is the main source for TV and internet. I would surely recommend the retreat at Knoxville to anyone looking for part time living or even an extended stay, but you must come visit the property and see for yourself!

My sisters and I stopped by The Retreat last weekend as my husband and I are considering a move to Knoxville later this year. WOW, I am glad we did! The apartments are so spacious with a great layout and beautiful finishes! The amenities looked fantastic too. Kaylee was so kind, professional and really made us feel welcome. Planning to visit again with my husband as our plans firm up. Definitely check this place out!!

We love living here! The management team is very responsive and welcoming. Maintenance is timely, friendly and do a great job. The amenities are nice, always well kept and clean. It’s safe and family friendly. All in all it’s been a pleasure living here and we look forward to another year here.

This is the most responsive rental property I have ever lived in. From the two kind ladies at the front desk to the maintenance everyone is quick on tasking. The neighborhood is quiet, amenities are great, and there are many interactive activities provided by staff. Would recommend this complex to anyone currently living in Knoxville or to those first time transplants like myself.

RAK is the most welcoming apartment complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance crew is always on top of their duties, making sure our home stays clean and well maintained, the clubhouse staff is always available for whatever you need and are very nice people. It’s also a safe place and family friendly. I love it here! Worth every penny!

they seemed good until there was absolutely NO parking for residences which is ridiculous to expect one car for each apt., they were nice until I moved out and claimed owed 1000 for carpet replacement, I was in apt for 6 months left it pristine and they pulled this garbage. i would be very leery of moving here if you want to park or even have a guest visit not accommodating. and please take pics before you move out, they will screw you
