What an amazing experience. Finally decided to go the new build route and was extremely nervous at first. Let me tell you, the builder Michael over at DR Horton is top tier. He answered all of my questions, provided updates during the process and was available when needed. I tried dealing with another builder but they treated me like another number on their year end books. Michael took time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed from the start. I have not purchased a home At The Reserve, nor have I shopped for one here either. However, as a contractor closely tied into the construction process of the houses in this neighborhood, I view quality through the unique lense of a professional with an eye for the tedious and subtle aspects.

I can whole heartedly say day in and day out I see carefully vetted contractors with good attitudes working meticulously to build a product of great value and craftsmanship that will provide joy for many years to come. These homes have a solid foundation, hardy bones and are sealed up tight from the elements. The details inside and out distinguish these houses over others of a similar size and class. Not too far from or too close to the big city either.

I can only speak to what I have seen and what I have seen at The Reserve at Country Club is a team that genuinely seems to care. The workers have morals and honor their agreements. The sales professionals are kind and knowledgeable as they present options to prospective homeowners and walk them through each floor plan. The managers are attentive and focused on their many duties, of which includes ringing my phone off the hook to solve the occasional issue asap so that the big closing day can be smooth and stress free.

In my experience when good people come together, good things happen. In this industry the true test of quality and value is if the guy building the house would live in it...
