Waste of time, I wanted to rent a commercial Office/warehouse bldg in Upland. About 600 sq ft. Have an established e-commerce business and more than enough money saved to cover rent and tax reports showing my business makes enough money. Tried reaching out regarding my application that was submitted almost a month ago and haven't heard anything going on 2 weeks now. Don't ever do business with this company or Casey O'Laughlin in particular. He doesn't seem to want to answer or respond to emails.

Update: Property owner reached out after I originally left a bad Yelp review that has since been deleted. Property owner reviewed my application and we walked the building once more, I was given an offer a few days ago and had a co-signer fill out application after landlord had requested a co-signer and now the owners of the property don’t want to move forward with my application. I’m curious why

Even though I was told by Griffin Wright in emails that the owners want to proceed and lease the building to me. Sounds like the owners are Very Picky on who they want renting one of there units at 555 Benson Ave in Upland all while this has been available since April that shows you they don’t care to rent the building out. What’s funny is I was willing to sign a 2 yr lease even though listing states 1-5 yrs and I even have 3x the amount of a 2 yr lease in my personal savings. Showing that I have plenty of funds to cover rent for well over 2 years. I Definitely don’t recommend this company or Ever renting a unit at 555 Benson Ave Upland, California.

My girlfriend and I have been tenants at The Sussex House Apartments for close to a year now and I must say it has been a very pleasant experience. Anton is a very hard worker, great guy and a great property manager. It is a very peaceful and clean living environment. Probably due to his upkeep, but we have never had any issues but I know if we did he would solve it in a heartbeat! We have nothing but good things to say. Thank you Anton!

I have been with the Renken company for 2 years and it’s been a great experience. I live at a property they manage called The Sussex house in Temple City California. My family’s quality of life has improved because of my complex’s awesome manager Anton. He’s always so friendly and extremely professional. He works so hard to ensure we are comfortable and living in a safe environment. My favorite is our tenant appreciation days and holiday decoration competitions. He has definitely made a huge impact on the complex in such a positive way and I am grateful. I recommend the Renken company to anyone looking to rent or lease.

I’ve been renting my apartment from Renken Company for almost 6 years. Everyone has been very nice and professional. Here at Village Glen apartments in Glendora... Our manager Kimberly has been one main reason I’ve enjoyed living here. Her communication is as good as it gets. She is very personable, friendly, helpful, understanding and really tries to help any way she can help. Any question I have she will respond and be very helpful. She also goes the extra mile and organizes tenant appreciation days, decorates the apartments for holidays, little tenant contests to win money off next months rent and much more. She makes living here very fun and comfortable. I could not ask for a better apartment manager. She is a big reason why I’ve stayed at Village Glen and why I want to stay here as long as I rent apartments. Thanks Renken and Kimberly!

Been a tenant of the Sussex House Apartment for over a year now. When I was looking for a place last April, the complex manager Anton really made my choice easy cause he was very friendly and very accommodating. You hear some horror stories about other complexes but I'm glad to say not Sussex cause Anton is on top of everything. And who can be angry at his festive side, never was big on decorating for the holidays but I think after seeing what he did for the complex last year, I hang up a light or two to join in. What more can I say about a complex manager who organizes Tacos to show appreciation to the tenets....Thanks Anton...

I’ve been living at the Sussex house apartments for over 2 years, very clean and peaceful place. Great value for what we pay for and if we ever need anything Anton the property manager is always around or just a text away, very professional and friendly with all the tenants. He makes sure the building stays in great condition and when holidays are around this place really feels welcoming with all the lights and decorations. If a friend is looking for an apartment I would recommend them the Sussex House.

I've lived in Temple City, CA (Persimmon Address) for a little over 2 years now and so far so good. I haven't had to request repairs yet, but, when I needed to address my noisy neighbor and also had to be let in my apartment after locking my keys in my car I had both issues resolved without fuss. Since I moved in there have been continued upgrades; front gate code updated, parking area lights added, guest accommodations, and most importantly new windows throughout. The property manager Anton is exceedingly professional and has also arranged a few contests for decorations and tenant appreciation days and whenever I cross paths with him he's always working. I actually had my vehicle vandalized parked off of the property and he went to incredible length to gather the info about the criminal so I could report it, she was a non-tenant BTW. I have no complaints here and plan to continue living here.

Since I've lived here at the Sussex house apartments complex for the last 4 years and renken came in with Anton Russell becoming manager I've never felt safer and had more friends. At this complex whenever anything is needed it is done right away. Anton is a very special person that anybody can count on, when anybody needs something done its done within a 24 hour period. The improvements that have been done throughout the courtyard and the unit's itself have been fantastic and very professionally done that I can actually see myself living here another 4 years plus.
