Lets face it, renting out your home can be a rather nervous task. It certainly was for our family. We considered doing it ourselves, and thought we had a pretty good game plan in place to move forward with it. We opted to reach out to Mary instead. What a great choice! She clearly knew the market much better than we did. That translated to much more monthly income than what we would have reached on our own. Mary had our house rented in just a matter of days really. There was very little impact to our lives, and the times were very considerable. I do not think that the process could have gone any smoother. Much better than the rental manager we have with another of our properties. I wish Mary serviced that area too.

Advantage Plus Properties, LLC is our choice for property management. The fees are reasonable and they have good people working for them. Our contact, Mary McMillan, is always "Johnny on the spot" with answers to your questions and concerns. She is a good steward for our property, so much to the point that I/we forget that we own it. If you are in the market for property management be sure to vet this company.
