Where do I start ! Molly was literally heaven sent , she was professional from beginning until the end . Very prompt and timely responses. Through our recent home purchase, we really got to experience the full breadth of the Proud Crowd team. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the renovations to the house - everything is done meticulously with quality materials and no corners cut. The work they do is top notch.

With respect to the buying process, Molly is a fantastic agent to work with. She is very organized and does a great job of managing the process for her clients by clearly communicating next steps, etc. and staying ahead of key dates and potential roadblocks. Even with a shortened close period, she helped to make it easy on us and no surprised. We used her suggested contacts for the various stores in the process and everyone was on the ball and worked together like a machine. I would highly recommend the Proud Crowd for any real estate needs!

I recently bought a home that was remodeled under the direction of the Proud Crowd, Inc. To start off, I love my new house. I was amazed by the craftsmanship that went into beautifying this home. From the framing of the doors, to the tiles used for my front porch, to accents to the shower in my bathroom, it is easy to see that The Prout Crowd really puts pride into their work.

I’d say that what sets them apart is their friendliness, communication, and dedication to excellence. Specifically, after I closed on my home, I was still in contact with Molly and Mike (the owners) because of an issue that was pointed out by a plumber I hired to hydroblast the plumbing system to my ADU. This plumber brought up a whole new problem that he had not found nor disclosed during the inspection period and quoted me quite a bit to do the work.

Nevertheless, I got in touch with Molly and Mike who called me swiftly to talk about the problem and even got the plumber who did the initial plumbing during construction to come and reevaluate the issue, which literally saved me thousands of dollars.

For me, that gesture went above and beyond my expectations and highlights what I truly believe is the ethos of The Proud Crowd, Inc... which is to provide excellent service and stellar craftsmanship to the projects that they take on.

The home’s rental agent, Amalia (Molly) Ochoa, provided us information and documents in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help us when we were “disqualified” from the home we applied for.
