This man was beyond helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for in the place. Everyone knows how difficult it is fine a decent place at a decent price in West Chula Vista as it’s quickly becoming one of the most after neighborhood San Diego. Tired of the drive from Eastlake to downtown Chula Vista, I had started looking for somewhere centrally located where I Wouldn’t have to deal with traffic To and from work. Not only was Mario able to find me an amazing place in downtown Chula Vista two minutes walk from my Business, he also saved me about Almost $1000 in rent from what I was paying at my previous place in Eastlake And that’s not even mentioning what I’m saving gas. Not only was Mario able to make this happen for me? He’s since found. Several properties for friends, I have referred to him. And I can’t forget to mention as a property manager he was absolutely on top of Things and making sure that everything was working beautifully, and if ever a A problem occurred. He was able to handle it quickly as was the case when the water heater went out and was fixed before I even missed a single hot shower. I highly recommend this As he is Beyond professional, he is excellent at what he does. Definitely Leagues above anyone I’ve ever dealt with.

Absolutely the best property manager in San Diego. Mario has managed my property in Chula Vista for about four years now and has always been professional, punctual, and caring to my concerns as a homeowner. He has truly made my home owning/landlord experience stress free. Even when my first tenants left he quickly posted my property, took care of all the paperwork, and had new tenants in my place within days of the previous tenants leaving. Trust Mario with your property, you wont regret it.

Mario is the best property manager you’ll ever encounter. Everything is always clear cut with him and he always responds asap. He is an amazing communicator and truly cares about you as a tenant. If there’s any problems, he’ll call someone to fix it right away and he always makes sure that you’ll be satisfied as a tenant. If you have to lease or buy a property from anyone, go with Mario!
