This community is clean and friendly and has a good energy vibe that I noticed on my first visit.
The agent Violet Sanders worked diligently with me through the home selection and short purchasing process. She offered her assistance throughout the Closing process, which i am very thankful.
The builder was on point with the walk-thru, follow up and simple minor repairs.
My 2 months stay here in my new home has been very pleasant and peaceful.

I’ll say I have been in this neighborhood for a week now. And I can say it is great from a weeks review. Violet Sanford was great from the moment we met. She was very transparent and showed the way. She did everything in her power to ensure a smooth process for us. And let me tell you jumped through hoops for us to keep ahold of the house we wanted when we had a delay. She has kept up with us through out the whole process and even after! The neighbors in the neighborhood have been super welcoming and the builder have ensured we are fully taken care of.
