Complete waste of time. Viewed property in person. Old tenant furniture was still on property. Mold in kitchen and laundry. Water leak in kitchen. Pest infestation. Completely unlivable and they listed it.

As a property owner I will say that The PM people go the extra mile to handle and prevent problems. They completely inspected my property between rentals and caught a plumbing leak before it was an issue. They have handled many complications that come up with property rental satisfactory. They do drive by inspections of the property to ensure it is being cared for and handle pest control schedules and repair. It is worth every penny to have the property managed.

If you're considering hiring them, make sure you read their response to the only negative review on Google. They have a way of solving problems that work out great for owners and tenants. I was going to rent a home managed by The PM People and the team there done an amazing job explaining and helping me through the process. Unfortunately, I decided to go another route but they met my satisfaction by returning my deposit and still being extremely friendly and helpful. I turned over a small proper to the PM People a few years ago. I was an out of town owner. They rented the property in a few days and increased the rate substantially. When a repair issue arose they got approval and had the repairs done quickly and efficiently. The monthly and yearly statements were appreciated by my accountant.

Lease was up, when it was time to return the deposit they literally put unpaid rent - $100 and deducted them.
We always paid rent on time for almost 2 years.
In other words they stoled $100. God knows its whatever to this point, I guess they needed it more then we did. What got me mad was that I tried calling, texting and even emailed. Never replied. Just wanted to clear the air.
So I even heard they played the Landlord as well.
