I was hired to do a job for Evelyn was told it was a private home she needed done arrived did the job as soon as I sent payment she said it wasn’t done to her expectation she than told me to contact tenant for payment very unprofessional still haven’t gotten paid and wouldn’t recommend working with them thank you and have a good day

We had a last minute move out of our current home and needed a home fast. After finding the home we wanted the owner decided that they wanted to take the house off the rental market. I was contacted via phone by the Pivetti company immediatley to give me the news and they helped us find a new home immediatley. They also had met us the day after Christmas to show us the house and we fell in love with it. I then went to the office to drop off the needed checks to move in and the office staff was so sweet and welcoming and you can tell they all genuinely care about their tenants and they work so fast to get things processed. Pivetti Company you are amazing in all you do! Thank you again for all your help in finding a new home for us on such short notice and for going out of your way to show us the homes and work around our busy schedule!

Poorly handled business for veterans and individuals struggling to make payments.
I was late/unable to make a payment and immediately given a 30 day pay or quit notice due to personal issues. The staff became very cold and rude when attempting to continue renting an apartment with them. I was told to never come back to the offices and mocked for my statement about getting VA assistance. Look into the state laws for your own peace of mind and to protect yourself from businesses like this.

Scammers! They discriminate big time. Says that my partner was denied but never gave him a reason never checked his credit and stole $70 for our credit check. I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my time and money. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!

Before I begin I want to state this law. ADA service dog laws will always overrule local laws. ... "The ADA prohibits them from asking about a person's disability. They are also not allowed to require any type of identification or certification documents for the dog or medical documentation from the handler." I called them this afternoon because I was interested in one of there rentals and wanted to make sure it was okay with them that I have my service animal. I also want to state this law before I continue, "You can either adopt a trained service dog from a reputable trainer or bring your dog to a trainer. However, you are not required to work with a trainer and may train your service dog yourself. Many people are not aware that service animal tasks can be trained in the comfort of their own home!"I told them that I have a certificate for my dog and an ID stating and proving my animal is in fact a service dog for my son who has a disability. They then proceeded to ask for all this information that they are not legally allowed to ask and would proceed to keep on interupting me saying they knew what they were allowed to do . So then I hung up because obviously they do not. Horrible costumer service I would not recommend if I could give 0 starts I would. I hope they see this.

My mom’s business is leased through Pivetti. For several months the have been without heat. All of the women who work in the shop are 75 plus. They have called several times with no communication. The women have been freezing and a couple of times have closed the business early because it was too cold. Today I called because this is not right! I spoke to Sue. As I was explaining the situation she cut me off and said are you going to talk or listen. She told me that it would not be fixed until after the first of the year. I asked her what her plan was in the meantime and did she plan on bringing space heaters? She told me this was not her responsibility and then hung up on me. A landlord is responsible to ensure that anything broken is fixed. Water and heat are the basic necessities. I am sure Sue is not sitting in the Pivetti office freezing.

I left my application, payed the fee, no call back, no voice mail, and no email . Nothing. After reading others experiences you begin to see a trend. Take a look at Yelp user ratings as well as it seems they have issues around this process. Big fish in a small pond syndrome seems to be at play here. Beware and think about where you do business.

Signed a contract here for my rental approximately 4 years ago. The process was very fast and staff was efficient. I've never had an issue since. Definitely recommended.
