Buying a home can be an extremely tough process so many little details and things you may not even know. I’ve done SOOOO much research into buying a home and their will always be things that you miss. That’s why I would have to recommend working with the Perrino Team. I had the pleasure of working with Matt while looking for a home in arguable one of the toughest climates to buy a home there’s been in quite a long time. But not only was Matt there for every single question, but made you feel like you were a priority with fast response times and able to work around your own schedule to visit these houses and anything else that you needed. Never felt pressured into buying a home that may have not been for me. He gave you honest feedback, which is a great thing that is tough to find. It really felt like you had that one relative who knows everything you needed to know about buying a house on your side. We looked at dozens of house, made several offers on others. But we finally ended up finding the home that was for us and super happy about it. If I had to get back into the housing market for either buying or selling any more properties I wouldn’t hesitate to know that my business would be gone through Matt.
