I’m four months into my nine month stay at The Palisades, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I move in, every need I have gets met with exceptional service and attention to detail. The apartment itself (I recommend the renovated units) is spacious, well-maintained, and any upkeep or adjustments needed receive timely attention.

The location is convenient, with easy access to grocery shopping (Safeway is 1 minute away), various food spots nearby (I recommend Taco Giro for Taco Tuesday), and a quick 5-8 minute drive to the gates of Ft. Huachuca. I appreciate the community feel, with various events organized by the management that provide opportunities to get to know other residents- typically retirees or active military.

What truly stands out to me is the staff. They are friendly, accommodating, and responsive to any concerns or requests I have during my stay. Their dedication to resident satisfaction makes my time here even more enjoyable. Overall, I recommend The Palisades, whether for a brief stay or an extended time. This is a space for anyone seeking a comfortable and affordable living experience with a fantastic team behind it!

I did not like the place, especially because the manager was so unfriendly in how she treated tenants. It felt as if she had been paying my rent for a long time. I never saw a smile on her face. I hope they changed the manager. Prosper later changed into Palisades, and Anna was much better—I hope she ended up becoming the manager.

About a year ago I moved into the Palisades. During my time here I've enjoyed all the amenities and the staff had been really easy to work with. I'm currently transferring to another apartment in the same complex and throughout the transfer Lucy had been an incredible help and really responsive to all my emails. I work a crazy schedule but she's been attentive and understanding. Excellent experience

I was a tenant there for Three years and I would like to compliment Lucy and Page For their professionalism the entire Three years I resided at the Palisades. They were accommodating understanding and empathetic with my needs during that time there. My move in and move out experience went without a doubt smooth and they were helpful throughout the process. I just want to give a quick shout out to the management team Lucy and Paige. When I was apartment hunting. Every other apartment complex took such a long time to answer and weren’t very clear with what they were saying but as soon as I called the palisades they answered right away and were very clear and helpful with a very kind and friendly voice, which is what ultimately had me choose the palisades over any other complex. Because how good the management is. Would highly recommend

We’ve been here since March 2022 and love it here! Great neighbors, apartment is in good condition and at a reasonable price compared to what we were paying in Tucson! I’ve never personally used the gym but the pool and spa is nice ? we renewed for a second year and may even go for a third depending on our plans next year!

Got charged rent for the whole month despite leaving before half the month was over.
Have to pay the final rent in person.
Place is only nice because of the pool.
During the summer people stop picking up after their dogs.
Rent is too high for what little room you get (I had the 2 bedroom apartment) and has gone up almost $400 since I originally moved in.
Parking can be obnoxious if your older and have needs.
Our pool was Shut down for the summer only to open it back up right in the fall to close it down a handful of weeks later.

There's better in the area for cheaper.

Been living on these apartments for over 3 months. Is a quiet place to live and the leasing office will take care of any questions or concern that you have ASAP. Extremely thoughtful and attentive. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. The staff is very nice, understanding and compassionate. maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. They are also GREAT about allowing pets. I would highly recommend renting here
