I thought I had a good review of this place but spoke too soon. James was supposed to be working with us and helping us out as first time home buyers. He seemed very nice and helpful at first and made it seem like he was going to be in touch with us, then weeks went by and every time I have tried to get ahold of him, I get ignored and its very irritating. So we switched lenders to someone MUCH better and actually willing to help us.
