One of the best things you can do to make buying your home as easy as possible is to have good rapport with your lending agent. We got that and more with Senior Lending Agent, Peggy Dunn!!
My husband and I were working out of the state when we finally found our perfect home. Peggy made the loan process super simple and we were in constant contact with her via phone or text when we couldn’t be there in person. She worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had all the needed documents in the appropriate time frame and to make sure we both understood all the important papers before signing to get the loan. When we needed her, she was there for us days, nights, weekends and holidays!
Peggy was friendly, thoughtful and truly cared about our unique situation. She is intelligent, hard working and very resourceful. Scott Kleven with The Mortgage Company was great in every step through my refinance. I have owned my house for many years. During this time, I have worked with several lenders to do a refinance. All of the other loans for various reasons just fell apart through the process.
