I had my own lender, but my Realtor highly recommended this guy. I usually like working with my own people and not a yuma. After speaking to him on the phone I got a good vibe from him. He really took the time to listen and made sure he understood what I was trying to do. He also explained how he was a mortgage broker and not a lender. I didn't know there was a difference but I do now. I am so glad I went with Eric Abel as my mortgage broker. He did excellent work, communicated good, and got me a better rate and saved me a lot in closing costs than my guy could. Got me approved for more to. Eric said that's the mortgage broker difference. He was always available to answer my questions and made sure I knew what was going on. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.
