The Mitchell Company has hired on sorry staff members that only discriminate against tenants. I have been living here for a few years now and this specific company is terrible, they do not give call backs, they do not replace your keys when they are stolen or lost, the company dodges tenants but catches their payments, they contract unprofessional people to do professional jobs which only result in poor management. I am not sure why Mobile released property to this company but it's a hole and do not recommend anyone living here. The neighbors are lovely but the management sucks, all 3-4 of the same management that's weirdly connected but not legally operating until as of 08/27/2022. They will definitely take your money though!
