A community that truly looks out for one another! All so friendly and willing to help each other out. Whether that’s grab a package for ya or spare a missing ingredient. Definitely a dog community, too! Been here for 8 months and would recommend to someone who wants to live a minimalistic lifestyle, be close to downtown and midtown, and own property.

When my wife and I were looking to buy our first home, we really focused in on the Mill at Broadway as an attractive option and I think it remains that today for those that want to live and work close to downtown. Yes, it's close to the projects but it's also an area with so much potential and a lot going for it. Risk for reward.

We loved the convenience of being able to stop in and see the model homes. We even did the VR tour presented for soon to be built models. And the reps were very nice and helpful. We got pre-qualified. We were very close to going for it.

The units appeared to be well built but they are very tight. A lot of the space seems to be vertical space. As others have mentioned, most units have a lot of stairs. Also, the idea of being able actually park a car in the garage seemed like a daily challenge. Once they fill it up, all those cars are probably not going to fit on the street so a lot of people with two cars will likely need to downsize.

In the end, we found a home in West Sacramento that we love with a yard and have no regrets but we'll be rooting for the Mill to reach it's potential.

This home development is beautiful. Easy freeway access. A great range if floor plans to choose from. It is still under construction as they are adding new homes.

Eclectic development on the edge of Sacramento near the 5 freeway, which could cause air quality concerns. Toured several models. Really overpriced for what you get. Bedrooms are apt size dimensions. Kitchens felt like an apt, rather than a house or condo. Big wall on one side, blocking ugly view of old industrial buildings. Broadway is seeing a lot of development, especially with the new Sellands location. Unfortunately so much of this area looks blighted. City needs to plant more trees here and throughout other neighborhoods.

Drove by the other day out of curiosity. Looked like the remains of some post-apocalyptic neighborhood from the future. The architecture is very wacky looking and parking is tight and entire section 8 housing neighborhood is less than a few blocks away. No thanks.
