Moved in about 6 months ago, move in was super easy. The property manager was very very sweet and helpful. The complex is well maintained and managed. Also when I need anything fixed the maintenance man was nice and fixed this fast. All the neighbors seem to keep to them self’s but are nice in passing. I would recommend and have recommend this place to friends looking for a place to live.

Current resident. Living here for a little over a month. So far it’s been a horrible experience. Moved into an apartment with no working ac during a heat wave. Took over 3 weeks to get it fixed. The Maintenance guy was super nice (only helpful person here) the Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Threaten to evict me due to my kids father asking about the ac not being fixed. I pay about 2,000 to live here and shouldn’t be treated disrespectfully. Hopefully the owner is aware of staffing issues.

I don't think I've ever been exposed to worst customer service. I've probably called their office over a dozen times trying to get a tour of an apartment. Each time, it forwards me to a maintenance person who says that he'll take a message for the office and they'll call me back. They never do. I even drove from out of state to look at their apartments in person. No one was in the office and the maintenance person was completely unhelpful. I don't know how an apartment complex can stay in person when they refuse to talk to prospective tenants. I don't leave 1-star reviews for places very often, but this one was well earned.

Scheduled an appointment with the property manager a week in advance for 4pm. I arrived at 3:40 and the office is closed.I took time out of my day and left work early. So unprofessional. Completely wasted my time.

My family and I have lived here for a month now and we really like it. The manager is wonderful as well as the maintence guys. We are very blessed to have such a wonderful place to call home.
