I worked with Barrett, and was highly satisfied with the results. He was integral to the entire sale process, including providing wisdom on what presale projects were good investments, and what minor issues can trouble a buyer. Had the right balance of staying engaged without being overbearing, and had a Rolodex of contacts that made preparation easier. When I was prepared to put on the market, he went through and made sure the nooks and crannies were addressed. His recommendations on pricing were sound and well thought-out, and his knowledge of the house was 1st rate, I’m sure that was a causal reason for the strong market response. Finally, was a good partner in taking on responsibilities for me I was unable to do while out of town, which was really valuable. Would strongly recommend.
