Its been 2 months we moved here and the apartments are beautiful. The maintenance request are handled professionally and the staff is friendly and helpful. Recently we faced an after hour emergency maintenance issue which they addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend this property!

The apartments themselves are modern and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of style and functionality. I love the amenities here and maintenance requests are handled professionally and promptly.

The location couldn't be better. Close to shopping, dining, work, and several highways, yet I still feel tucked in when I pass through the gates to come home.

Moved into the Area almost a year and I am just so thankful that we found these apartments. I just love how the property is set up and how it is very well Kept up. They are so kind, considerate, loving and always there to help you feel at home. It is truly all around a wonderful place to live. The way it’s set up, exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and the modern appliances are definitely the cherry on top. I could just go on and on how wonderful their team is, and how much they truly care. You can rest easy knowing that you picked the right place and the right property. When you find a place that is consistently a pleasure to encounter, always solution driven and truly cares about their tenants it needs to be expressed. Considering my experiences in the past With other properties, this one truly stands out, Highly recommended!

We’ve been living here for only a few months so far, but so far management and facilities meet/exceed our expectations.

The pool has been maintained through the summer and we love the cabanas. Gym and bathrooms are clean and seem to be serviced regularly.

Overall staff has been friendly and anytime we’ve had an issue groundskeepers are there to help promptly. We’re happy with our choice so for!

Many thanks to Kayla and the front desk & maintenance staff for assisting me with a lockout situation yesterday. They were super quick and efficient and were able to help me within half an hour. They are all absolutely amazing!

Horrible. Stay far far away from renting here. There are far better places to rent from in the immediate area. Here’s why:

1) It’s unsafe as the front security gates were always broken, allowing anyone to just drive in and do as they please. Does it ever get fixed? No.

2) It’s loud as the walls are thin in all the apartments and you can hear your neighbors constantly at all hours of the day. So if luck of the draw has it that you have a neighbor who makes any noise, your day to day life here just won’t be tolerable.

3) Their staff will simply break into your apartment every month or so to conduct extermination services. They don’t tell you exactly when, but they will literally open your door for you and let themselves in. If you happen to have very young children that crawl on the floor, they don’t care when you say you don’t want chemicals being sprayed around on the floor where they crawl.. When you attempt to say you don’t want the service at all, because you don’t want people busting into your apartment without notice, the management will threaten you saying that this service is a necessity for their apartments and that breaking into your apartment at their convenience is their “right” on the lease, as if basic concerns of safety in your home simply don’t apply to you.

4) The management constantly posts patronizing reminders to residents about all sorts of specific rules and regulations at given times of the year, as if all the residents are like cattle. But, when your water goes out suddenly in your apartment, good luck getting them to follow their own rules and regulations in getting it fixed. In fact, they will quietly sweep maintenance requests under the rug and close them out with no explanation and zero responsibility taken for their failure to follow through in providing required services to the residents

5) The management literally brags about their ability to fine residents daily $25 fees for minor indiscretions about the timing of garbage disposal in front of their apartment. They will attempt and look for ways to fine you.

5) Check your bill as it will be filled with inaccuracies and misrepresentations. You won’t see an invoice and the timing of charges is shady and suspect, let alone being accurate.

6) Upon move out day (a happy day for us), they will provide a laundry list of threatening charges for every possible scenario of potential apartment vacancy issues, such as failing to clean dust that max exist on ceiling fans, which would result in a fine if you failed to do so.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this toxic place. It’s not a home and doesn’t feel like one, which is sad because the area is filled with amazing and kind people. Unfortunately, they just don’t happen to work here or for the company that owns it.

Kayla saved Thanksgiving for us. 💯♥️ Our kitchen sink was clogged from our dinner prep. She arrived very fast and solved the problem quickly as well. She was extremely polite, thorough and cleaned up. Very grateful for her. Thank you

We absolutely love this place! It was an easy process to move in. The apartment was in great condition and very clean. It has great management and staff who are very friendly and accommodating. Very safe and beautiful environment. Maintenance requests are taken care of efficiently and quickly. Convenient location , easy access to all shopping and interstate. We’ve lived here for one and an half years and feel like we are at home.
