We hired Lauren Sefton as our agent and I have to say as first time home buyers this was the best decision we could have ever made. Lauren is knowledgeable, responsive, and very patient. She was not worried about her bottom line and we never felt any pressure from her to make a decision. We had lots of questions and Lauren was always quick to respond and put things in terms that were clear and easy to understand. Even after closing we have had some questions and not only does Lauren respond but she herself on more then one occasion as reached out to people on our behalf, even though she did not have too. To say she goes above and beyond for her clients is an understatement. We loved our first home buying experience and it truly was thanks to her. She has our business forever as far as we are concerned.
