This past year has been extremely difficult for me but moving into the Lofts started the best kind of change. Kristen in the front office is absolutely amazing. She is a big reason on why I chose the Lofts as my home. She made the moving process really easy. She was open to fully communicate with me during it all. I have lived here for six months so far and there is nowhere else I rather be. These apartments are extremely secure and makes me feel completely safe. Best choice I could have made for myself!

We've lived here for about 9 months and we have no plans to leave any time soon! The Loft's are so close to DT LG, perfect for weekend activities, trips to the lake, and we can walk to the Farmers Market at the end of the block! The super high ceilings and windows are perfect if you want natural light, and the bedrooms gets just the right kind of cold at night! Maintenance is always prompt to reply to work orders and Management is always there with a quick smile and treat for our 4-legged babies! I appreciated the thorough walk-thru we got before we signed the lease and our neighbors have been nothing but friendly and full of life!
10/10 would recommend living here Single, Dating, Married, kids, pets, Grandma- bring everyone!

Don't move here. I have never lived anywhere with worse management. But hey, the aesthetics are kinda neat.

The 2nd floor is only accessible by stairs (no elevator!), with one staircase on either end of the building and one in the middle. One of those staircases is outside and extremely slippery when wet. Very dangerous! There is no way this place is ADA Compliant.

During my time living here we had fire alarms go off several times in the middle of the night. Management was unable to solve the issue for weeks.

In every unit, you can clearly hear your neighbors on either side through the walls, even if they speak at normal conversational volume. You can also hear the VERY LOUD train as it passes by multiple times every day and night. The tracks run right past the building. For the 2 bedroom units, one of the bedrooms won't have windows.

My dishwasher completely stopped working shortly after I moved in. All the maintenance staff (just 1 guy, by the way) could do to fix the issue was to shrug their shoulders. Despite multiple calls and tickets, it was never fixed. I had to wash dishes by hand the rest of my time there.

Dog poop was constantly left on the grass in common areas. Management's solution to the issue was to force every dog owner to have their canine DNA tested (at their own expense) so they could swab the poop piles and assign blame. Yes, this actually happened.

I only lived there 1 year, but I saw 3 different property managers during that time. There seems to be a lot of turnover, with unpredictable changes in how or if policies are enforced with each new manager.

When I moved out, I was charged over $1000 in surprise "damages." Those charges were not mentioned at all until AFTER my final walkthrough inspection, long after I turned in my keys and left.

That money was used to replace a window that was cracked when I moved in. I had proof it was broken before I arrived. I was the first tenant in the unit, so that issue came from shoddy construction. Management didn't care, because there was "no documentation" on their end. Their previously fired property manager didn't keep any of it when she left, if she ever filed any of it in the first place. Time stamped pictures were "insufficient" and "unreliable" proof to them.

I would not recommend these apartments to my worst rival. The apartments are very poorly managed from the front office staff. The maintenance personnel do a descent job keeping the hallways and property somewhat clean. However, the enforcement for pet droppings and parking are absolutely pitiful. This apartment has the worst parking of any other apartment complex in the area. The residents are horrific and rude. The only nice thing about these apartments would be the pool but it's not worth going and enjoying any amenities because of the residents that smoke cigarettes by the pool and anywhere they feel like. The staff enforces certain rules to certain residents but shows favortism to others. There is no elevator for handicap personnel or to assist with moving in or out. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The only con was no inbuilt laundry or one within the complex. Everything else was awesome
