Honest review: We bought a brand new house from this builder because they are the best quality one in the area (Jesup), the buying process went smoothly thanks to my realtor and Leslie. But, the sad part about it is that 6 months after closing and we are STILL WAITING for them to level our patio, cover our septic tank, which is exposed, and seed the patio. After multiple emails, calls, text messages to the project manager (Brett) and the service department, a truck came more than a month ago with 3 loads of soil…. and just dumped it…..and we are still waiting for them to come and finish the work. Let me be clear, we haven’t been able to fence the patio, plant or enjoy it, because this company hasn’t perform jobs that they SIGNED on paper they would “after closing”. (YES I HAVE THE SIGNED DOCUMENT ) I hate writing bad reviews, but my patience after 6 months has ran out.

I’m from Ky making the move to Hinesville GA. I worked with Laurie Fields with finding and closing on my dream home! Laurie was both professional and personable, I would recommend this wonderful realtor to anyone locally or someone transitioning to the area to help make the experience easier, with less stress she is a great communicator, knowledgeable and just an awesome person!
