I've lived at Lennox since July 2015, and I have been very satisfied with my experience so far. I live in a studio, but it basically functions as a one-bedroom, since it is spacious enough to comfortably fit my queen sized bed. My neighbors are friendly, and the location is great, as there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Safety has never been an issue; I'll often go for a job around the neighborhood at night, and I've never felt unsafe. Jenny and Christy from the leasing office are very helpful and easy to talk to, and are very accommodating if you have any issues or questions. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, I have been very happy with my time here :).

This is my favorite apartment I ever lived in so far. Absolutely wonderful staff (literally every one of them), quick maintenance if there ever needs to be any service, spacious living room and huge enough closet spaces even for a pack rat like me, safe and friendly neighborhood, hard wooden floor and cute decors around kitchen and bathroom, and I was so lucky to have a built in wine cooler in my unit too. I loved it so much that I had a hard time moving out. If I were to ever move back to LA, I would absolutely come back to live here. Thanks for such great memories, Lennox apt!

I truly enjoy living at the Lennox Apartments! The complex is well maintained, has excellent amenities, and the proximity to Downtown LA is an added bonus. The management team is terrific! Jenny and Christy are always available to answer questions and provide respective solutions. The maintenance team (Martin) always addresses requests made in a timely manner. Thank you Lennox Team!

I give it 2.5 stars (I can't give half stars) for a couple of different reasons. They take out a ridiculous cleaning fee even if you cleaned the apartment yourself. I moved out two weeks ago and I know my roommate and I cleaned the place extremely well. But they still charged us $160 and took it out of our deposit!! Secondly, they also don't pay ANY utilities. That's right; NONE. They say they pay for gas but it's an electric apartment so what are they really paying for? They are also late about taking payment. We signed up for automatic payments but quite often our utilities fee wouldn't be taken out. But we wouldn't know until the next month when they add it to the current month. It was incredibly frustrating. We signed up for automatic payment so we wouldn't have to worry about our payments being late. The management was ok...They lost one of my packages and made it seem like it was my fault when really my package was in the office the whole time! I had already started a claims fight with Fedex when I found out that my package was actually just mis-numbered. I was extremely annoyed by that because I had specifically asked two different leasing officers to look up for the package by using my name instead of room number. The only good thing I would say about the apartment itself is that it's pretty big. But I was surrounded by noisy people so if I were you, I would look for another place before living here!

I have been living in this apartment for almost 4 years now and I couldn't ask for a better management team. They are on site and in office all 7 days out of a week. Apartment is also well maintained and clean compare to many other apartments in Los Angeles.

Been living in the place for over a year. Great amenities and price compared to other apartments. Staffs, especially Jenny, are very nice and responsive to pretty much all requests. Certainly recommended.

Wow, it’s 3am and apartment lobby alarm is keep beeping more than 2 hours and no one’s taking care of it. There used to be a security guard but I guess not any more. I wish I can give them minus five starts if possible. Luckily I’ll move out in 2 weeks to my new place but whoever looking for a new apt do not waist your time and money for this building and management. Ever since they changed management from Greystar to RHB, nothing has been fixed or managed properly. My building’s elevator was out of order from October and still not fixed yet and 1/3 of my living room’s electricity’s outrage and don’t even want to fix it during Covid. Terrible horrible building I ever lived in LA.

I have to say that Jenny and the staff here at Lennox are fantastic. Anytime I have had any issues, they were quick to fix the problem. Jenny in particular was quick to fix an issue I had with my cell phone and she took care of business. I really appreciate her and the staff and you will too!
