We recently moved from Pennsylvania (outside of the Philly area) to Southern Utah. Big move, yes! We thought the process would be tedious and difficult, at first, but decided to give it a shot anyway. Our relator back in PA got us in touch with the Keller Williams team here in Southern Utah. We flew out and met with Ryan Lemmon to look at homes back in February. We learned quick it was a tough market for buyers out here like it is back in PA. We only had 2 days to look at as many homes as possible and Ryan dedicated those 2 days to us, due to our situation. He was very knowledgeable and gave amazing advice. A move like this can be scary, but he kept us at ease. Ryan knew very well all of the criteria of the home we were looking for. He had one home saved for us, outside of the ones we picked to look at. However, it looked to be out of our price range. I was still very excited to see it, so we checked it out. I am so glad he found this home because it turns out, it became our first home in Southern Utah! He managed to negotiate it down to a price within our budget, was there for our inspection and took care of anything else that popped up, since we couldn't be out there. He kept in contact daily outlining in detail everything for us. With such a big move, trust me when I say he went above and beyond to make this process so much easier on us. We still keep in touch, a month after we settled. He is always there to answer any questions or offer his help with anything, even basic questions we may have to help us get settled in our new state. Rand provided incredible insight that was instrumental in making the sale in just a couple of days after being officially listed, assisted in choosing a buyer that was well prepared to qualify and close the sale on time, and offered to assist at every step along the way.
